No Anna Salomes Mefferts were found in birth or marriage records.

      Charles Christian II is the Charles Christian of Goochland Co, VA who purchased land from his nephews John and Charles Christian of Charles City Co, VA. He had issue by both wives but it is unclear which children were by which wife.

     Turner Hunt Christian was born a 1712. He was the son of Charles Christian I (younger son Charles) and Elizabeth Hunt. Turner Hunt Christian married Mary Soane / Soames, daughter of John Soane and Susanna (Unknown), b 1761 at Bedford Co, Virginia. Turner Hunt Christian died c 1781 at Warren Co, North Carolina. He was buried at Bedford Co, Virginia.

      Turner Hunt Christian appeared often in Charles City Co court activities from 1740 until 1757, serving on jury duty in 1749, requesting a water mill permit in 1746, seeking a runaway servant in 1746, and being appointed a road surveyor in 1749. Turner was Assistant Commissary General of the Virginia Militia in the American Revolution.
