     Robert Forsyth Livingston was born a 1875. He married Helen Patterson Martin, daughter of George Fox Martin and Helen Patterson Holmes, a 1900.

     Elizabeth "Betty" Livingston was born a 1901. She was the daughter of Robert Forsyth Livingston and Helen Patterson Martin.

     (1st wife of John Richardson) (Unknown) was born a 1712. She married John Richardson a 1732.

     Elizabeth Coultas Leiper was born on 15 Jan 1815 at Darby, Delaware Co, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Hon. George Gray Leiper and Eliza Snowden Thomas. Elizabeth Coultas Leiper married Thomas Mifflin Smith, son of Rep. Thomas Smith Esq. and Maria Mifflin, on 12 Dec 1843. Elizabeth Coultas Leiper died on 15 Jan 1888 at age 73.

     Archer Nevins Martin I was born on 25 Sep 1890 at Fairchance, Fayette Co, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Robert Lanphier Martin II and Anna Leiper Smith. Archer Nevins Martin I married Martha Mary Horn, daughter of George Henry Horn and Anna Martha Biehl, on 17 Jul 1920 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co, Pennsylvania. Archer Nevins Martin I died on 19 Sep 1941 at Saint-Jovite, Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada, at age 50.

     Martha Mary Horn was born on 12 Jul 1901 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Henry Horn and Anna Martha Biehl. Martha Mary Horn married Archer Nevins Martin I, son of Robert Lanphier Martin II and Anna Leiper Smith, on 17 Jul 1920 at Pittsburgh, Allegheny Co, Pennsylvania. Martha Mary Horn died on 11 Jul 2001 at Horseheads, Chemung Co, New York, at age 99.

     Maj Archer Nevins Martin II is the son of Archer Nevins Martin I and Martha Mary Horn. Maj Archer Nevins Martin II married Ellen Bailey Logan, daughter of John Edwin Logan and Ethel Mabel Moses, on 17 Sep 1949 at Urbana, Champaign Co, Ohio.

     Ellen Bailey Logan was born on 1 Oct 1927 at Champaign Co, Ohio. She was the daughter of John Edwin Logan and Ethel Mabel Moses. Ellen Bailey Logan married Maj Archer Nevins Martin II, son of Archer Nevins Martin I and Martha Mary Horn, on 17 Sep 1949 at Urbana, Champaign Co, Ohio. Ellen Bailey Logan died on 24 Nov 2022 at Penn Yan, Yates, New York, at age 95.

     Elizabeth "Eldy" (Unknown) was born a 1580. She married Henry Southey I c 1600 at Rimpton, Somerset Co, England.

     Frances Hunt was born c 1674. She was the daughter of CPT Thomas Hunt I (Burgess) and Ann Wilkins.

     Thomas Savage III was born c 1730. He was the son of CPT Thomas Savage II and Esther Littleton. Thomas Savage III died a 19 Dec 1795.

     Joseph Savage was born c 1769. He was the son of Nathaniel Littleton Savage and Anne Reynolds. Joseph Savage died b 1828.

     John Savage was born on 19 Oct 1771. He was the son of Nathaniel Littleton Savage and Anne Reynolds. John Savage died on 14 May 1814 at age 42.

     William Waters (Burgess) was born a 1664 at Northampton Co, Virginia. He married Isabel Harmanson, daughter of Thomas Harmanson I (Burgess), in 1690.

     Charlotte Pinckard was born a 1776. She married James Upshur on 24 May 1796.

     Catherine Evangeline Pie was born on 2 Nov 1909. She was the daughter of Paul Fleming Pie and Margaret Purnell Blandy. Catherine Evangeline Pie married Unknown Connell a 1929. Catherine Evangeline Pie died on 15 Aug 1990 at age 80.

     M. Catherine Neill was born on 17 Nov 1807. She was the daughter of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. M. Catherine Neill died in Aug 1823 at age 15.

     Elizabeth Duffield Neill was born on 30 Nov 1809. She was the daughter of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. Elizabeth Duffield Neill married Dr. John Rodman Paul in Oct 1827. Elizabeth Duffield Neill died on 18 Jan 1866 at age 56.

     Dr. Benjamin Duffield Neill was born on 6 Jul 1811. He was the son of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. Dr. Benjamin Duffield Neill died on 22 Aug 1872 at age 61.

     Rev Henry Neill II was born on 16 Oct 1815. He was the son of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield.

     Emily Martha Neill was born on 2 Sep 1817. She was the daughter of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. Emily Martha Neill married Robert Ewing on 14 Apr 1858.

     Dr. John Neill was born on 9 Jul 1819. He was the son of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. Dr. John Neill married Anna Maria Wharton Hollingsworth on 24 Sep 1844.

     CPT James P. Wilson Neill was born on 30 May 1821. He was the son of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. CPT James P. Wilson Neill married Alice Johnson Renshaw b Oct 1844. CPT James P. Wilson Neill married Marcia Ritchie in Jul 1857.

     Rev Edward Duffield Neill was born on 9 Aug 1823 at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Dr Henry Neill I and Martha Rutter Duffield. Rev Edward Duffield Neill married Nancy Hall, daughter of Richard Hall, on 4 Oct 1847 at Snow Hill, Worcester Co, Maryland. Rev Edward Duffield Neill died on 26 Sep 1893 at Saint Paul, Minnesota, at age 70.

      Edward Duffield Neil, the ninth in the family of ten children of Henry and Martha R. [Duffield] Neill, was born in Philadelphia, August 9th, 1823. His father, born at Snow Hill, Md., March 12th, 1783, was a distinguished physician of Philadelphia. His grandfather, John Neill, born June 3d, 1749, also a physician, was the son of John Neill, lawyer, of Lewes, Delaware, who in 1739 came from Tyrone in Ulster, Ireland.

Edward's mother's father, Benjamin Duffield, was a prominent physician of Philadelphia; and his grandfather, Edward Duffield, an early member of the American Philosophical Society, was a personal friend of Benjamin Franklin, who appointed him one of the executors of his will. This line of the Neill ancestry is traced to Robert Duffield, born in 1610, who came from Sussex or Kent, England in 1682, settling near Philadelphia with his children on land purchased in the tract granted the previous year to William Penn.

Edward, who was to be the first Protestant clergyman in St. Paul and the historian of his adopted Territory and State of Minnesota, studied in the grammar school of the University of Pennsylvania and also spent there the first two years of his collegiate course, which was finished at Amherst College with graduation in 1842 at the age of less than nineteen years. Next he spent a year in Andover Theological Seminary but completed his theological studies at his home in Philadelphia under the supervision of his pastor the Rev. Albert Barnes and of Dr. Thomas Brainerd.

In choosing the field of his ministerial labors, young Edward came to the frontier settlements of the Northwest. He was licensed in 1847 by the Presbytery of Galena, IL and commenced preaching among the lead miners of that vicinity. In the spring of 1848 he was ordained and a year later came to the new territory of Minnesota, reaching St. Paul which thence forward was his home, 23 Apr 1849. In September he completed a church building, the earliest Protestant house of worship in St. Paul, and in November organized the First Presbyterian Church, of which he was pastor until Dec 1854.

Edward twice received the degree of Doctor of Divinity; and he was elected a Corresponding Member of the Massachusetts Historical Society and an Honorary Vice President of the New England Historic Genealogical Society.

Edward and Nancy's children are a daughter Minnesota born 28 Mar 1850; Samuel born 10 Dec 1852; Henry born 15 Apr 1855; Edward Duffield born 1 Aug1858; and John Selby Martin born 25 Mar 1860.

Edward died from sudden heart failure at his home in St. Paul, MN. His wife survived him nearly three years.
